SHREEKAREE FINSERV (“PARTNERSHIP FIRM”) acknowledges that its visitors and Users are interested in how we protect and maintain their privacy. Your privacy is very important to us. In light of this, we have drafted this Policy to help you understand how we collect, use, communicate, and disclose personal information. This Privacy Policy is part of Terms and Conditions, which apply to the Personally Information (as described hereunder) that is collected in connection with the download, installation and use of the Application.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the third parties to whom we may disclose user information, as outlined in this Privacy Statement. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE/APPLICATION, USER UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT AND AGREE WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS POLICY. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Users must register for an investment Account in order to utilise the Services provided by or through the Application and to begin investing. This initial registration would require the creation of an email address and password (collectively, "Login Credentials"). Further, once the User decides to use all the functionality provided in the Application and decides to enrol for the investment purposes, in accordance with the KYC norms and regulatory requirements, User shall provide its name, gender, contact number, Pan Card details, Bank Account Details (including account number, bank name, etc.) Address details (including a copy of the address proof) and a cancelled cheque leaf, or any such document required for the registration purpose, in the manner as specified on the Application (collectively, your "Registration Information") (collectively, your "Registration Information").

User agrees and acknowledges that Company has the right to collect the Registration Information from the KRA system, for the purpose of completing the registration process on the Application.

Customers will be required to provide a digital signature (an image of the signature on a plain white paper). This signature will only be used for the limited purpose of completing the enrolment process with BSE/RTA/KRA/AMC and will not be used for any other transactions besides filling out registration forms. This user-supplied signature will not be shared with other third parties.

The Company will provide the video functionality to the Users for purpose verifying the details of the documents collected or received by Company. Company will use this video only for the limited purpose of verifying the documents for the purpose of registration.

To satisfy regulatory requirements, the Company will require physical evidence of Registration, while your bank information is required to execute your investment instructions. The above provided Registration Information/details shall be uploaded by the User in soft copy form on the Application at the time of registration. Once the Company has received the information, a Company executive will coordinate with the User to obtain an attestation or remote verification via video conference from Registered Users. Upon completion of the attestation/verification requirements, the documents shall be provided to the relevant regulatory authority in order to open an Account for the Users' transactions.

The Company shall not be responsible, in the event, any discrepancy is found, in any of the information provided by the user, such as, mismatch of the information provided, shall lead to the rejection for opening of the Account. Occasionally, we may request additional personal information to comply with new regulatory requirements or to provide you with additional service benefits. As always, the information that we seek will only be for the purpose stated.

We use this information to contact you and carry out the activities you have authorised us to perform.

You have the right to not disclose Personal Information on the Application or any third-party website (s). Your disclosure of Personal Information is voluntary; however, we will only be able to provide you with Services if you disclose certain Personal Information, as requested in the process. If you intend to use the Services, you do so solely on your own initiative, at your own risk, and after reading and accepting this Privacy Statement and any other policies provided on the Application.


ACCESS AND AMEND YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Personally Identifiable Information provided by the User is owned by the User. If User wishes to access or modify previously provided information, User can do so by entering the Application with its "Login Credentials" and making the necessary changes. Some of the changes made or proposed by the User may necessitate the submission of supporting documentation. Company is required by law to provide Registered Users of the Application and Services with a readable copy of the personal information we maintain about them upon written request. As an additional security precaution and to comply with applicable regulations, the Company may require additional proof of identity prior to such disclosure.

Remember to maintain the safety and secrecy of your Login Credentials to prevent unauthorised access to your investment account. If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, please change your password and contact us immediately at sharat@sheaf.in for further assistance.


THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company uses the Information it receives from Users to provide the Services and improve the overall user experience. Access to the Login Credentials, Registration Information, and any other personal information supplied by Users is restricted and used in accordance with specific internal procedures to operate, develop, or enhance the Services.

Company will never sell, distribute, trade, lease, or rent the Personal Information of its Users to any third party for any reason (s). In addition, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related information to reputable third-party vendors; however, these statistics will not contain any personally identifying information about our Users.

Company may also use third party vendors or service providers to assist us in providing you with services, such as couriering documents to you on our behalf or operating the website's payment gateway functionality. These third parties are contractually and legally bound to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide to them.

User agrees and authorises the Company to disclose (if required) the Personal Information in order to assist the Government Authority or the Court or as required by law, or to protect the interest of the Company and/or any specific user (s).

Company is required by Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 to provide Registered Users of the Website/Application with a readable copy of the information it maintains about them.
